Yes...I used a sulfate shampoo! But I am still using cone free, mineral oil free, natural-as-possible products...after shampooing with that I conditioned with this conditioner...

The main point of this post is that I don't know what I'm gonna do this summer! I will be swimming a lot in chlorinated pool water and I will have to shampoo! ANDDDD to top it all off I am gonna use some heat (hot rollers) on my hair tonight...oh well...I think my hair will be aight tho...hopefully...
